During every visit, we perform a careful visual observation of the interior and exterior, checking for any obvious concerns such as moisture, temperature irregularities, pests, storm impact, or other conditions that may require attention.
If something is noted, we document it clearly and communicate with you right away — including photos, details, and recommended next steps. We do not perform repairs or contractor work; our role is to observe, report, and help you stay informed.
