Home Watch is a visual observation of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.
At Haven Home Concierge Co, each Home Watch visit follows a structured, repeatable process rooted in professional standards and sound risk management. During every visit, we perform a careful visual observation of the interior and exterior, checking for any obvious concerns such as moisture, temperature irregularities, pests, storm impact, or other conditions that may require attention.
If something is noted, we document it clearly and communicate with you right away — including photos, details, and recommended next steps. We do not perform repairs or contractor work; our role is to observe, report, and help you stay informed.
Home Watch provides homeowners with confidence, clarity, and consistency while their home sits unoccupied. It’s a thoughtful service designed to support your peace of mind through trained observation and reliable communication.
